These aspects are simply suggestions that seem to be common for a lot of people. If they are not quite on the mark for you, rename them to fit your life.
If you are living a fairly balanced life by paying attention to each facet of your life, the wagon travels smoothly down the road. But if your life gets out-of-whack and you’re spending a lot more time in some facets while neglecting others, what happens? The road of life becomes quite bumpy and perhaps rocky at best. So as you consider big picture time management, perhaps it would be a good idea to think about ALL aspects of your life and not just work at whichever you tend to favor or feel controlled by.
How is your “wheel of life” running down the road? Is it smooth or is it bumpy? If it’s bumpy, take some time to consider which spokes need more attention to help your wheel run more smoothly. And when you do make some changes, feel the peace and joy that starts settling into the flow of your life.
