Many people see failure as a bad thing. While rarely does one intentionally fail, it is much worse not to try. And if things go right all the time, do we really learn much new?
If you can give yourself and others the freedom to fail and then use it as an opportunity to learn, think how much we all will grow and improve. As Thomas Edison once said, "Failure is just learning what doesn't work." Seeing life through the paradigm that failure should be processed as a good thing relieves much stress and allows you to discover your purpose and true value, doesn't it?
